Delivery Procedures

Methods of delivery:

In order to demonstrate our commitment to excellence while enhancing the value of our service, Cedar Lane Breeders has elected to offer a choice of methods of delivery to many of our customers. We prefer to personally deliver our puppies from our farm to their new home whenever it is geographically and economically feasible. When utilizing our personal delivery service, one of our family members or a Cedar Lane Breeders team member will transport each puppy in the comfort of our company vehicle and place it into the hands of the new owner. If personal delivery is not possible due to the geographic location or time constraints of the new owner, we will make arrangements to have the puppy transported by air to a major airport near the new owner’s home. In most cases, we fly our puppies out of the Kansas City airport, and they are often in the arms of their new owner before we arrive back at our farm from the airport.

Where we personally deliver:

Currently our company delivery vehicle travels to the Denver-Boulder and Colorado Springs, CO area. We travel to this area regularly and personally deliver the puppies that are raised right here on our farm in north central Kansas. If you live in this area, personal delivery to your home is available on a regular basis. Should you decide that you do not want to wait for us to personally deliver your puppy to you, we will make arrangements to have your puppy transported to you by air.

Why we deliver:

We feel truly blessed each time we get to share in the excitement of joining one of our puppies with its new family. We also receive a great deal of satisfaction from knowing that we have done everything possible to provide our customers with a puppy that is healthy, well adjusted and ready to give the new owners years of love, pleasure and companionship. When puppies are transported to their new homes by air, we ask the new owners to call us on our toll free telephone number to verify the delivery and their satisfaction with their newest family member.

What delivery costs:

The posted sale price of each puppy on our website does not include the cost of delivery. The cost of having your Cedar Lane Breeders puppy delivered to you is $250. This price covers transportation by air or personal delivery to your home by one of our caring team members. Some of our customers elect to purchase two puppies, in which case they are transported in the same kennel and the cost of delivery is still $250 or $125 per puppy. If someone who lives within one of our personal delivery areas does not wish to wait until our scheduled delivery day for that particular area, they may request to have their puppy flown to them for the same cost of $250.

At Cedar Lane Breeders, we are totally committed to providing our customers with a puppy whose health and quality is second to none. We also recognize the amount of stress that a young puppy can be subjected to during the time of transportation from its birthplace to your home, severely compromising the health and well being of your new family member.

Elaine Bales

My two puppies are the rave of the neighborhood and my veternarian. When I took Pebbles and Bamm Bamm to get their shots, a lady in the lobby offered to buy my Bamm Bamm right then and there in the lobby! The veterinarian Dr. Seeba said the pups were very healthy and good natured. He even asked me where I bought them...He seemed surprised that I found an excellent breeder via internet. I told him that I have good instincts about people and ask a lot of questions. If they don't get sick of my questions, then I know they are good and reputable to do business with. So, if you hear from someone in Alaska, it's probably through me or my veterinarian. I renamed them from Sport and Shannon to Pebbles and Bamm.
