The written "product warranty" of a company is of no greater value than the ethics and integrity of those involved with the company. If the people who write the warranty lack moral integrity, then the guarantee may be no more than a lot of verbiage written with the intent of deception.
Cedar Lane Breeders, L.L.C. is a company that is committed to excellence in every aspect of our dog-breeding operation, and that includes how we treat our customers after the sale of a puppy. The owners of Cedar Lane Breeders, L.L.C. feel they have been richly blessed and that all blessings come from God. We also feel we cannot ask God to continue to bless us if we do not conduct business in a manner that is in accordance with His will.
It is important to remember that both parties are dealing with people they know very little about, as well as a living and breathing creature. We have tried to consider what the proper remedy should be for every situation that could possibly occur after the sale of a Cedar Lane Breeders puppy. Our goal is to provide a warranty that is fair to both parties, while always considering the welfare of the puppy. With a lifetime of business experiences as our guide, we have learned that if we do not feel we can trust someone, it is usually better to not conduct business with that person.
